For providers & community partners
Partner with Mid-Valley Parenting
Funding, training, and support for organizations and individuals providing parenting education across Polk and Yamhill Counties.
MVP Funded Class Series
Mid-Valley Parenting funds partner organizations to offer series-based parenting education classes. Partners complete a class interest form, sign an MOU, list their class on our site, complete evaluations, and submit an invoice. MVP can also support your class with childcare coordination, marketing, and venue assistance.
Contact us to talk about offering a funded class series.
MVP Funded Workshops & Activities
We also partner on one-time workshops and family engagement events that promote parent education, with funding support of up to $300 plus help with childcare, flyer development, and venues.
Contact us to propose a workshop or activity.
Parent Educators
Parent educators are trained in evidence-based curricula — from Nurturing Fathers to The Incredible Years — and then paid to provide series-based programs throughout the year at community locations across both counties. If you're interested in becoming a parent educator, we'd love to hear from you.
Contact us about parent educator opportunities.
Child Care Providers
We hire childcare providers to support our classes and events — from one-time events to 7–12 week series commitments, primarily evenings and weekends. Providers must be at least 16 years old; providers 18 and older must pass a background check.

Parent Education Mini-Grants
Mini-grants fund parent education and family engagement programs across Polk and Yamhill Counties. Review the Grant At-a-Glance reference sheet, then apply:
